 | Military LawMilitary Law is the term used to designate the body of statutes, rules, and regulations governing military personnel and also certain civilians during wartime. Unlike martial law, which applies to all persons and property in the district in which it prevails, military law in peacetime applies to military personnel alone. Military law differs from military government in that the latter refers particularly to the military jurisdiction exercised by an army of occupation over the territory and inhabitants of an enemy country. As a 30-year member of the Air Force, Skip Morgan understands military law, The Uniform Code of Military Justice, as well as the anxiety and uncertainty associated with the system of justice in the military. He understands all of the courts and procedures to be followed in administering military justice, and appreciates what is at stake in an Article 15 proceeding. He represents clients at Schriever AFB, USAFA, Fort Carson, Peterson AFB, F.E. Warren AFB, and Buckley AFB. His areas of practice include: - Administrative discharges
- Affirmative action and promotion passovers
- Article 15 proceedings
- USAFA Cadet honor proceedings
- Correction of military records
